Service providers occasionally report that they cannot upload completed files to our site directly from their iPhone. The file is “greyed out” and cannot be selected to upload to our form.
We believe that the problem is that, for iPhone, the file must first sync with iCloud or, if using the Dropbox app, the Dropbox server before it can be uploaded.
Ensure that you are logged into your iCloud and/or Dropbox account. Also, the upload may require that you be connected to wifi. We have also been told that “location services” must be turned on. If your iCloud storage space is full, you may not be able to upload from your phone.
